The role of the SEO Specialist is to generate leads through organic search strategies. This candidate should be a solution-oriented thinker and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, particularly as it relates to search engine optimization, lead generation, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Work with SEO team to perform site audits, marketing reports, and gathering applicable data to contribute data-driven recommendations for site enhancements and campaign optimization
Implement both on-page and off-page optimization tactics to hit our aggressive search goals month over month
Being accountable for SEO metrics and presenting to demand generation leadership
Conduct keyword research to aid with lead generation, product marketing, product development/naming, and other key initiatives
Own the conversion optimization tactics of our website, including A/B tests, pop-ups, banners and more to improve conversion rates and user experience
Manage link building campaigns and collaborate with corporate marketing on outreach efforts
Consult with other divisions as an in-house SEO strategist and provide insights into the solutions were developing and the products were building
Create process documents to maintain the best SEO practices across the organization
Qualifications
5+ years of experience across key areas of SEO, including but not limited to link building, keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and site audits.
Strong knowledge of content marketing and inbound marketing best practices
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization best practices
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
