We are looking for the right individual to fill Therapeutic Student Support Worker position within our educational program located Regina.  If you believe in the same values as the Ranch and want to be part of a dynamic team, please join us.

Duties include but are not limited to:

    Consulting with The Learning Center Team regularly about the progress of each participant socially, behaviourally, and academically.
    Help to establish successful integration of Ranch Ehrlo participants in their community setting
    Providing coaching and skills development with the participants.
    Provide on the job training and orientation to other staff members
    Schedules certain activities and provides supervision.
    Implements daily activity plans involving youth.
    Monitors and guides participants behaviour, progress in learning and improving life skills.
    Involved in seeking out information on community resources of benefit to participants.
    Planning and development of activities for participants at the Learning Center in consultations with other professionals.
    Responsible for accurate, timely reports of the activities and progress of the participants.

Qualifications

Education
    Education or Teacher Assistant Certificate or certificate related to youth education or residential treatment.
    Rehabilitation Worker Certificate
    Home Care Special Aid Care Worker
    Occupational Therapist Assistant Certificate
    Psychology

Experience
    Minimum of 1-3 years of related to youth education, special education, and/or residential or youth care experience.
    Staff must hold a class 5 novice 2 or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
