We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual to join our Ituna team.

MAIN DUTIES
- Ensure all hardware staff maintain acceptable levels of customer service.
- Schedule, implement and follow up on safety procedures.  
- Implement a yearly Hardware Staff Training Plan.
- Ensure self-development is planned for and the initiative is taken to improve own knowledge, skills and ability.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Outstanding communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide effective instructions to team members and hold them accountable
- Ability to provide effective on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching to team members.
- Ability to implement safety procedures, monitor compliance, address concerns and investigate incidents.
