We are looking for a temporary Human Resources Assistant for 4-6 months in Regina at a pay rate of $24 per hour with the possibility of extension into a full time position. You will be responsible for the administration of HR functions including those related to office duties and ongoing recruitment. You will be required to assist with job postings, phone screenings, and booking interviews for applicants. By ensuring quick and concise communication between applicants and hiring managers, you will assist in meeting the recruitment demands of a quick paced environment. Successful applicants for the position of HR assistant will have previous experience in an HR role and demonstrated ability in an administrative capacity. Successful applicants should also have fluent ability in leaning new computer software. This position will require a high level of confidentiality and as such attention to detail is a must. Other responsibilities such as filing, organizing, and scanning of documents will be assigned as deemed necessary by your supervisor.
