Looking for a Fabricator/Welder specializing in Custom Fabrication
Welders perform some or all of the following duties:
Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), plasma arc welding (PAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), oxy-acetylene welding (OAW), resistance welding and submerged arc welding (SAW)
Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
Operate brazing and soldering equipment
Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening and bending machines
Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers.
Responsible for new product development, fitting, and testing.
Assemble old units and perform modification and repair work if required base on customer requirements.
Coordinate with the client all work need to be done according to their needs.
Maintain safety practice as implemented by OHSAS.
Responsible for gathering the materials ( Pipe, flat bar, plates, bolt, nuts, etc.) and tools needed at a particular project.
Conduct total quality inspection for every finished product.
Prepare a report on a daily, weekly monthly and yearly.
With ticket is a plus factor
Knowledgeable in stainless and aluminum materials
