Job entails baking bread and pastries in restaurant kitchen
Prepare special orders; pita bread and other types of bread (i.e. Samoon bread and naan bread)
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Draw up production schedules; Bake mixed dough and batters; Prepare dough for pies, bread, prepare special customer orders
Operate machinery
Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries. Opening the bakery every morning.
Arranging the display case in an appealing manner.
Ordering more supplies.
Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods.
Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening.
Ensure health and Safety regulations are followed
Preference given to those fluent in the Arabic language, Must have your IELTS English score of 5, Must have a baker and pastry maker licenses that are sufficient for the position. This position will include 40 hours per week.
Hours of work are from 4:30am to 8am and from 11am to 7pm 7 days a week. for a total of 40 hours. Must be able to work during these hours for a total of 40 hours per week.
Must be able to work weekend and holidays.
