JOB DESCRIPTION
Schaan Healthcare Products Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Support Specialist who is enthusiastic, career minded, and demonstrates strong work ethic. This position reports to Schaan Healthcare Products - Sales and Business Development Manager. The position is responsible for contributing to the many facets of the sales and marketing effort including supporting sales goals, developing and extending various marketing programs, and proposal/quote preparation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Technical or Business degree or diploma,
- Past industry related or equivalent experience,
- Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment,
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or business development,
- Computer skills with experience and understanding of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Sage ACCPAC is considered an asset

As part of the sales team your primary duties will include:
- Product and pricing research for quotes and contracts,
- Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends,
- Develop and manage client and agency relationships and facilitate client requirements,
- Help develop and implement strategic sales plans, quotes and contracts,
- Manage projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner,
- Support internal and outside sales/marketing teams,
- Perform customer sales calls as required.
