PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Administrative Assistant has an overall responsibility to ensure administrative and customer needs are met consistently and on time. The Administrative Assistant acts as the point contact for Haztech clients and visitors and should be knowledgeable about services, products, and staff inquiries while completing a wide range of duties to provide support to HR Coordinator and Office Administrator.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-HR Assistant: participate in the recruitment process, staffing, administrative support etc.
-Manage phone inquiries and messages
-Student registrations, payments, oversee roster, and training schedule
-Prepare training certificates for students
-Administrative support functions; ordering supplies, filing, data entry, mail, etc.

EDUCATION
-High school diploma
EXPERIENCE
-1-2 years of related administration experience is an asset
