Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for an Auto Sales Rep


Responsibilities:
    Perform front-counter duties as well as work in the back on tires when required.

    Responsible for consultation and explanation of required vehicle services and tire service and tire requirements.
    Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair
    Sharing product knowledge and technical expertise with customers to build existing and new business.
    Providing service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow up.
    Inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, industrial and/or OTR tires; in the field or in the shop
    Scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical service.
    Recommending needed tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers.
    Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer.




Qualifications:
    Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is required
    Previous tire experience an asset
    1 to 2 years of retail Customer Relations and or Customer Service
