The Saskatchewan Prevention Institute is hiring a full-time (1.0FTE) Project Assistant for the Saskatchewan HIV Collaborative Program. The Project Assistant position is located in Saskatoon, SK.
This position will be responsible for:
? Collaborative event coordination
? Work plan tracking and reporting
? Budget monitoring and management
? Data gathering from provincial partners
? Resource development and dissemination in partnership with others
? Networking and engagement with partners, including peer mentors, people with lived experience, Indigenous organizations, government, non-profit, and others
? Support for the coordination, promotion, and awareness of events in the province
? Develop and disseminate information related to training, education, and mentorship events
? Management and updates of website and online community of practice
Qualifications and Skills
? An undergraduate degree from an accredited post-secondary institution and 2-3 years of experience. Equivalent experience or education will be considered, such as experience working with vulnerable populations, experience as a program assistant or program coordinator, and/or a project management certification.

? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Ability to collect, compile, and report on project statistics
