Oversee the reception area, greet and assist customers in a personalized, friendly, and professional manner;
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers;
Maintain customer files, prepare correspondence and invoices;
Maintain records of incoming mail, office inventory, order parts, equipment, and supplies for the business;
Assist and keep track of job flow, remind responsible person on tasks that are close to due date;
Answer phone calls and reply to emails, take memo and messages on inquiry or during meetings;
Follow up with forwarder on shipping schedule;
Assist in the design, printing and distribution of documents such as marketing materials;
May perform other duties as instructed by the Manager.
