We are seeking a senior bookkeeper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Perform A/R and A/P functions
Prepare and file tax remittances
Perform reconciliations
Prepare monthly cashflow and budget to actual reports
Prepare financial reports
Prepare journal entries
Qualifications
Three to five years experience in a similar role
Post-secondary education in accounting
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Excel
Strong communication skills
Adaptable and flexible to new technologies and processes
Attention to detail
Organized
