Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall successful operation of the store while maintaining company standards including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, and customer service
- Supervises, recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and communicates with all staffs.
- Assesses staff performance
- Leads by example and maintains the highest standards of integrity, quality, and timeliness in all of our business practices
- Adheres to attendance and punctuality standards
- Prepares and maintains merchandise displays
- Follows all Company policies and procedures
- Working days, nights, and weekends
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- 1 year of supervisory experience in retail store
- Maintain high standard of customer service
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be safety and compliant oriented
