Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Establish work schedule, arrange shifts and take care of the customer feedback and complaints
Keep track of inventory level and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Hire and train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Generate sales report and make business advice to owner
Introduce more food choices and update menu
Design and implement promotions and marketing activities
