Loraas Environmental Services is currently looking to fill the position of Customer Service/Dispatch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this individual is responsible for providing professional, courteous customer service predominantly via telephone and email.
Duties:
- Greets visitors, inquires the nature of their business and directs them to the appropriate person
- Answers telephone and relays calls and messages
- Schedules call-ins and new customer requests (deliveries etc)
- Payment processing
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
- Processes incoming mail and faxes and distributes
- Assist customers with account-related requests
- Provide information about Company products, services, and service availability
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between departments
- Assist administration staff as required.
- Completes other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience preferred
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail
