Under the direction of the General Manager, the Customer Service Manager will coordinate customer service. Organize, distribute and verify the work of others and participates in their training. Act as resource person. Deal with customer/employee requests, inquiries and complaints. Develop service procedures, policies and standards. Order parts and equipment, control inventory, and maintain computerized information systems. Perform administrative and accounting tasks appropriate to the activities of the unit. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager
Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Awareness of industrys latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of Service aspect essential
