As the Manager, Customer Growth, you are responsible to lead a team of Account Managers to work with new and existing customers to identify and qualify business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commitment. You will work in a multi-functional team environment, gathering information, coordinating development of business proposals and working with customers throughout the sales cycle. You will act as the internal customer advocate, proactively identifying customer needs, gaining commitment and recommending solutions to aid in achieving corporate growth targets. You will work with the Director to ensure the corporate strategic objectives are being met.
To qualify, you will have a degree in Commerce, Administration or an equivalent four year degree. In addition, the job requires 6-8 years of progressively more responsible experience in the following areas: Account and Project Management, Management Experience, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Presentation Skills and Sales. A background in utilities is preferred. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others and have the ability to facilitate, coach, mentor and lead individuals and groups.
Special Requirements: The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Records Check and a Fit for Duty Test.
A valid Saskatchewan drivers license is required.
