Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven, high-energy and customer service focused individual for the Account Team Representative (Inside Sales) role. This role has a career mapping to an Outside Sales Representative. This individual will support the Account Managers and Operations teams to provide the best possible customer experience. They will be responsible to work with internal and external customers for items such as quoting, ordering, order inquiries, and general customer experience issues.
All tasks are to be completed in a timely manner with great attention to detail within the workflows as set forth by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate window/door quotations
Provide exceptional customer experience
Effective order placement and management
Respond and provide solutions to customer requests and concerns
Assist consumers with their product selections
Collaborate with other internal departments to fulfill customer needs
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Post-Secondary degree or diploma considered an asset - preferably in Business or Marketing
Exceptional customer service focus
Knowledge of windows and doors is a definite asset
Retail or hospitality experience is an asset
Ability to read and understand construction blueprints is considered a strong asset
Fast learner looking to be mentored and coached into a sales role
Intermediate level or above proficient level of Microsoft Office programs
