The CSS Pension Plan, located in Saskatoon, provides competitive, value-added retirement products and services exclusively to co-operative and credit union employees.

Summary
The CSS Pension Plan is seeking a highly motivated, conscientious individual to play a key role on its administration team. Your primary responsibilities will be serving pensioners, Plan members and beneficiaries, employers, and other CSS team members in the administration of retirement benefits.

Key Responsibilities
-Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all member transactions including retirement, termination, death, and adjustments
-Processing and peer reviewing benefit payments and other transactions
-Providing excellent member service by communicating with pensioners, Plan members and beneficiaries about their pension entitlements and responding to their questions and service requests

Qualifications and Experience
-Relevant education or Equivalent Pension Administration experience would be an asset
-A Pension Plan Administration Certificate (PPAC) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation or equivalent would be an asset
-Exceptional member service. Demonstrated interest in working directly with Plan members in a professional and highly regulated industry
-Strong communication skills (oral and written)
-Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
-Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications as well as the adaptability to learn in-house systems
-Ability to identify inefficiencies with processes and recommend improvements
