Order Fulfillment Coordinator (Full Time Maternity Leave Coverage - 8 month term)
As Order Fulfillment Coordinator for Three Farmers, you are the first point of contact for our distributor and retail partners when submitting an order. Your primary tasks will revolve around effective communication with these partners, assembling and processing orders, organizing shipment labels and documentation, creating and maintaining processes for inventory management, creating and maintaining shipping processes for new accounts and/or new markets, and supporting sales staff & logistics in achieving customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Receive and confirm orders with our distributor and retail partners
Process Orders organize, prioritize and ship customer orders
Online Order Processing via direct online store and building/maintaining processes for amazon online stores
Shipment labelling and documentation
Shipment cost analysis and comparisons
Amazon shipping coordination and management of logistics to Amazon fulfillment centers
Inventory process creation and maintenance
Creating and maintaining new customer fulfillment processes
Coordination and Management of back shop role and processes
Tradeshow/Event Coordination assist in packing and shipping supplies for events and tradeshows
Miscellaneous tasks around the office
