As a member of the MJHA management team, the Administration Services Manager is responsible for administration services and staff supervision. Duties will include the administration of some human resource benefits and payroll management. This position is also responsible to provide secretarial and confidential secretariat services to the Board of Directors and management.
The knowledge, skills and abilities required will typically be obtained through a combination of formal post-secondary education (university degree, diploma or certificate) in a related field, 5 years of progressive management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A criminal record check prior to commencing employment is required. S/He will be bondable, possess a clean driving record, and have a reliable personal vehicle for use at work.
