Description

The Sr Analytics Analyst conducts in-depth analysis to facilitate fact based, informed decision-making and integration of risk based management. This position contributes to the Banks profitability and efficiency by analyzing risk and business needs, recommending risk optimization tactics and contributing to the development of Board and committee reporting.

It implements, prepares and measures various aspects of corporate performance and risk management. It monitors and assesses results and processes against established risk frameworks, while providing analysis of business needs and market risk related to organizational strategic objectives and risk appetite. It directly supports revenue generation by providing business units with timely information, reporting and analysis necessary to transact, understand, manage and optimize associated market and operational risks. It assists the Senior Director in leveraging the FISERV corporate model to provide performance analysis under a variety of scenarios and stress tests. It develops dynamic models to conduct financial analysis of new business lines, projects, and products to ensure the effective allocation of capital and the achievement of profitability targets.

The position also provides financial analysis of transaction and portfolio performance and profitability to effectively assess and manage the financial performance of operations. It contributes to the accomplishment of business goals and objectives thereby enabling informed and effective decisions.  In addition, it contributes to the efforts of Concentra to achieve corporate, division, department and people objectives.

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Business or Finance, complemented by a professional financial designation. You will also have 3 years experience in a financial institution, conducting financial reporting and analysis.
