TeamLinkt, a Saskatoon based Sports Tech startup, is looking to add a highly-motivated Account Manager/Marketing Rep to our growing team!
Your duties will include:
- Working directly with our sales team to transition prospects from initial sign-up through product roll out
- Performing product training calls and online presentations
- Building relationships with existing clients - working to increase user engagement and upsell clients on new offerings
- Offering ongoing product support via email, phone & our online support system
- Updating our help desk with product training materials
- Troubleshooting product issues, and relaying problems to our development team when appropriate
- Acting as a personable, friendly and engaging initial point of contact for our clients
- Assist with Marketing Initiatives
An ideal candidate will:
- Have a passion for sports, people & customer
- Be highly organized with great attention to detail, able to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Take ownership of accounts, adopting a proactive approach to solving customer problems
- Have above average computer skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Be experienced using CRM software and/or customer support software, such as Zoho, Salesforce or Zendesk
- Be able to perform online presentations
- 2 years of client support experience, ideally in the tech or real estate industries
- Some post-secondary education
