Summary of Duties:
Reporting to the Manager, Banquets the Porter is responsible to provide the highest level of service to our guests and attends diligently to their catering/banquet space. The Banquet Porter has professional presentation, and is polite, respectful and abides by REAL dress and hygiene standards. The Banquet Porter is responsible for enriching the guest experience by ensuring that all customer expectations as specified on the banquet event order (BEO) or as given by Banquet management including table, chair, linen and food service setup are precisely executed and that customer loyalty is obtained by building connections with the guests through the provision of outstanding customer service. The Banquet Porter is also responsible for contributing to an environment within Evraz Place, which encourages fellow co-workers to be happy, motivated and proud of the products and services provided by Evraz Place, resulting in a joyful, memorable, relaxed and casual event for the guest.
