Big Muddy Off Road Ltd. is currently seeking applications for a full-time Automotive Maintenance Equipment Servicer. This position is located in Coronach,SK. Big Muddy Off Road Ltd. Sells automotive parts, agricultural parts, and services both automotive and agricultural equipment.

Reports to: Service Manager/Shop Foreman

Job Purpose:
As a key member of our team, the Automotive Maintenance Equipment Servicer is responsible for the completion of all mechanical inspections & services to customers vehicles &/or equipment to a satisfactory standard as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the back shop. The Servicer should take initiative and help anticipate vehicle/equipment problems before they occur, ensure the shop shelves are stocked, hand in shop requisitions on a timely basis, and ensure that all tools & equipment are put away at the end of the day. This successful candidate must be willing to communicate effectively & in a courteous manner with other staff, customers, visitors, and anyone else that is encountered while on the job site.

Job Duties include: Diagnose and repair all systems on vehicles &/or equipment, Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles &/or equipment which includes filter/fluid changes, component testing/lubrication and various system adjustments, Accurately record all work done for service writer, customer and warranty records, Provide superior service to both external and internal customers, Conduct yourself in a positive and professional matter, and Achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience: High School Diploma/GED is required. Preference will be given to those with Automotive or Agricultural Technician Training. Previous customer service experience an asset. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to work independently and effectively on multiple tasks. Must hold a valid drivers licenses.

Wage/Hours:
Hours for this position are consistent with that of full-time employment.
