ULS is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saskatoon. Under the direction of the General Manager and Office Manager, this role will be responsible for managing workflow administration, assisting with revenue collections and providing administration support when required. Attention to detail is critical in this role.
ULS is a growth orientated medium sized company with roughly 40 internal team members in Saskatoon and over 100 in Calgary. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, outgoing, and quick thinker for this entry level full time position.
Responsibilities:
Support administrative processes for the Saskatoon Office: workflow administration, purchasing, accounts payable
Processing of collections in A/R and interacting with clients for revenue collections
Ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and are clearly auditable
Posting and filling work orders
Completing general accounting and administrative duties as required
Review of daily field safety paperwork
Complete monthly billing tasks
Provide orientation for new hires
Answering phones
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Consistently providing great customer service and building positive relationships with internal & external clients
Other admin duties as assigned
Basic/Required Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma
2-4 years of related experience with collections calls and/or administrative/accounting experience
Valid Drivers License and ability to provide copy of drivers abstract
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal and written reports
Proficient use of: MS suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) & multi-line phone system
Multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Legally authorized to work in Canada
