Cas-Grain Farms a 13,000-acre grain production farm has a current opportunity for an Operations Manager in the Tisdale, SK area. In your role as the Operations Manager, your passion for effective, efficient grain production will be leveraged daily. Supporting the vision of the senior management group, through your proficient knowledge of on-farm operations, will ensure success in your role. The Operations Manager is responsible to lead a team of experienced Operators, manage equipment service schedules/emergency repairs, create flexible daily/weekly plans, and adjust with seasonal variances on a regular basis.

    Minimum of 5 years of on-farm work experience
    Comfort and confidence with the operations, maintenance, and repair of large-scale agriculture equipment
    Understanding of general operations of a grain farm
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
