Research, identify, and tenaciously generate daily new opportunities over the phone and email.
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Work closely and collaboratively with Sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
Energetically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
maintain up-to-date billing system for invoicing
Generate and send out invoices
follow up on, collect and allocate payments
carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
