Facility: FOAM LAKE JUBILEE HOME
Job Description: The Health Services Manager is accountable for the efficient and effective operation of the facility by providing direction, control, and coordination of programs of care in accordance with the Mission Statement and policies and procedures of the Sunrise Health Region.
Required Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Gerontology preferred
Health Care Administration an asset
Professional health designation - BSN/RN, Social Work, Therapies, LPN.
Current license with the applicable professional organization.
Post secondary education (degree) in Business/Commerce/Administration, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years management experience in long-term care preferred.
Five (5) years experience in the Health Care Sector, preferably long-term care.
A demonstrated knowledge of long term care practices with the ability to manage people and resources in the health service environment.

Intermediate computer skills
Leadership skills
Advanced presentation skills
Superior interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Must possess a current driver's licence and/or have access to travel on short notice
An understanding and commitment to the vision, mission and values of the region
Demonstrated ability to direct and facilitate change.
Able to become an integral part of the Sunrise Health Region Management Team, assuming responsibility for the overall operation of a Facility
