Summary-To maximize sales of cosmetic products and services to customers by providing information, advice, counsel and instruction on beauty and aesthetics.
Duties and responsibilities- Selling/Customer service
-Promote sales of the cosmetic products; provide information on new or existing products and services; demonstrations.
-Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs
-Provide superior customer service, consultative services demonstrations, etc
-Promotes sales through encouraging customers to participate in the Optimum program
-Attend workshop/education sessions to ensure product knowledge is current.
-Exhibits and promotes the company's products and services and provides information to interested parties.
-Attends necessary supplier schools or online training.
-Prepare displays and set up promotions.
-Comply with all health and safety requirements as follows: reports hazards and incidents; complies with company policy and procedure; reports injuries to first aid; use equipment and materials only as authorized;
follows job procedures, co-operates with H&S committee or representative, wears personal protective equipment as required.
-Pays attention to cash handling and loss prevention techniques
-Perform other duties as required.
WORK HOURS:
Flex schedule - days, weekends and evenings
MUST BE AVAILABLE ANYTIME
STORE HOURS 8AM - 10PM
