Description

The Rural Municipality of Stanley No. 215 is presently accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Operator.

The position is full-time employment and the successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Reeve and Council of the RM of Stanley No. 215 based out of the Public Works Shop in Fenwood, SK.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Have knowledge of grader operation and service.
- Have a full working knowledge of grading technique.
- Have a working knowledge of road building and maintenance.
- Must be capable of working with a minimum or no supervision.
- Have a neat and clean appearance.

Grader Patrol Duties:
- Maintain and repair all roads on a priority basis as required by road conditions unless instructed by Reeve and Councillor In their respective divisions.
- Blade all roads in a professional and a safe manner.
- Service assigned machinery, make and assist in repairs as qualified to do so.
- Maintain and submit detailed time sheets, log books, maps and fuel records.

General Duties:
- Perform work such as fencing, mowing, rock picking, shop and yard clean-up, culvert clearing and maintenance.
