The Public Service Commission is the central human resource agency for the Government of Saskatchewan. The Commission provides leadership and policy direction to all ministries to enable a high-performing and innovative professional public service. The Commission works with ministries to ensure effective workforce management by supporting delivery of foundational services such as staffing and classification, and strategic support including labour relations and organizational development.
The Public Service Commission is seeking a visionary, results-oriented, and collaborative leader who will join a team of professionals as the Executive Director in the Total Rewards branch. Total Rewards is one of five Human Resource Centres of Excellence within the Government of Saskatchewan, where a team of subject matter experts develop and administer compensation and benefits systems and policies for the public service, and is responsible for the classification of jobs by applying standard evaluation criteria.
