Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a full-time LED lights Sales Specialist to promote products.
Job Responsibilities
Work with clients, sales staff and product development teams.
Develop sales strategies, work to expand the customer base and maintain business relationships with clients.
Involve in negotiating sales contracts and may also be responsible for teaching customers how to use the products that they've purchased.
Meet with clients prior to a product's delivery and help establish their specific needs, and convey these requirements to their company so that they can ensure customer satisfaction.
Market research and reviewing information to identify areas of potential sales growth.
Interpretion. Rendering the meaning of conversations between Mandarin and English speakers (if needed)
Watch the store
Maintain and organize filing system of paper, electronic documents, and order related documents.
Maintain and organize the receipts from orders
Qualification and Skills Requirements
1-3 years proven work experience as a Sales specialist or Sales Associate in a similar environment.
Must be able to interact effectively with customers, good customer service and communication skills are required.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Teamwork skills to work effectively with other sales and product development professionals.
Organizational skills, you may work on many accounts at the same time and must prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Educational requirements: A bachelor's degree or a diploma in Business, Marketing or a relevant field.
Ability to provide cultural competency and assess regional and accent differences to find ways of communicating
Strong translation experience, translating English with Mandarin
