Alliance Energy is looking for an enthusiastic, hard working Instrumentation and Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, be analytical, organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. This position will include maintenance, diagnostic, calibration and repair of control instruments in commercial or industrial settings.  It involves the ability to read plans and interpret drawings.
Responsibilities
    Consult manufacturers manual to determine test and maintenance procedures for instruments used for measuring and controlling flow, level, pressure, temperature and other variables in manufacturing and processing.
    Use testing devices to inspect and test the operation of instruments and systems, diagnose system faults, calibrate components and instruments.
    Repair and adjust system components or remove and replace defective parts.
    Perform scheduled maintenance work, complete test and maintenance reports.
    Installing instrument stands, tubing and tubing rack.
    Installing instruments and transmitters. (differential pressure, pressure, pneumatic valves)
    Terminate I/O (input/output) and performing loop checks.
