Flaman Group of Companies is looking for an Infrastructure Technician to join our hard-working IT team in Prince Albert. Flaman believes in people working together, doing what's right to make a difference.

The Infrastructure Technician will be installing, maintaining and repairing computers and networks while ensuring that adequate IT infrastructure is in place and is used to its maximum capabilities. This technician must be well-versed in computer systems and network functions and will accurately work while problem-solving to fix issues and ensure functionality.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers as needed
    Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. printers) or peripheral devices
    Preforming tasks or work orders for hardware implementations or projects
    Setup new user accounts and password resets
    Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks
    Perform regular upgrades, arrange maintenance sessions and offer timely technical support
    Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
    Experience with LAN/WAN networks
    Maintain Flaman Azure AD server environment and Office 365
