Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collect and open mail daily and distribute to appropriate personnel.
* Make Bank deposits.
* Practice confidentiality in an out of the dealership setting.
* Participate in company functions and meetings.
* Answer a 9-line phone system.
* Page employees on a store wide speaker system.
* Use a 2-way radio to contact employees.
* Take and delivering messages.
* Greet customers as they come in the store.
* Reconcile accounts including daily cash reconciliation.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area.
* Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
* Complete other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
* Must have outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication & customer service skills
* Ability to write and work on routine reports and correspondence
* Strong computer skills
* Knowledge of office procedures
* Good organizational ability
Qualifications and Experience:
* 1- 2 Years experience in reception preferred
* Previous customer service experience an asset.
* Previous administrative & accounting experience an asset.
