If you are between the ages of 18 and 29 and looking for an opportunity in construction, we have openings in our employment program that offers career counseling, two weeks of trades safety training, and an 8-week placement in a construction trade. This is an entry level program, meaning experience in construction is an asset, but not required to apply.

To qualify for the program, at the time of intake/selection you were:
- Between the ages of 18 and 29.
- Not in receipt of Employment Insurance benefits within the last 10 years.
- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulations.
If you are not in accordance with any of the above basic criteria, you are not eligible for the Skills Link program at this time.
