The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1(one) year hospitality experience and will enjoy being a team leader. Solid knowledge of restaurant and customer service along with a willingness to train others and achieve goals is required
MAIN DUTIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
-Supervise co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare portion and serve food
-estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
-establish methods to meet work schedules
-maintain records of stock,repairs,sales and wastage
-train staff in job duties,and sanitation and safety procedures
-ensure that food and sevices meet quality control standards
