If you answered yes to these questions, Murray GM Estevan would like you to apply for the position of Service Advisor in our Service dept. We require the right individual to book, check-in, communicate with, inform, and cash out our service dept. customers.
During a typical day the Service Advisor will:
-Book appointments
-Answer customer inquiries
-Write service orders that will communicate the customers concern to the repairing technician in a concise and clear manner
-Research/recommend the proper maintenance services to our customers
-Negotiate a meaningful promised time with each service customer and ensure it is met
-Prepare and present quotes for repairs to customers
-Follow up throughout the day to keep the customers informed of the status of their vehicles
-Call customers when their vehicle is done and explain all work that was done and the charges that apply
We offer very competitive renumeration and a full benefits package. Work hours are a 40-day week Monday to Friday with 7 hours every second Saturday.
