Reporting to the CEO of Sakitawak Development Corporation, the Operations Manager will:
-Assist in overseeing productivity and efficiency within the organization;
-Facilitate, coordinate, and communicate support between the Company and subsidiaries;
-Assist in the daily operations of the Company and subsidiaries;
-Assist with staff scheduling
-Act as a liaison between managers of SDC owned enterprises;
-Maintaining quality assurance within SDC's various companies;
-Managing relationships with key vendors;
-Tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels;
-Preparing tenders, estimates, and bid submissions;
-Assist in reviewing reports, interpreting and analyzing data to formulate strategic plans and direction;
-Preparation and maintenance of organizational documents including, budgets, invoices, reports, correspondence, proposals, filing, and other office related duties;
-Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
-Effective communication skills;

-Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
-Good written and verbal communication skills;
-Must be willing and able to work in a team;
-General understanding of OH/S;
-Proficient with computer applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
-General understanding of business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Relevant certification in the field of operations management and finance;
-At least 5 years work experience as an operations manager or managing a business;
-Available to work flexible hours including evenings and some weekends;
-Must pass a security clearance;
-Must have a valid driver's license.
