We are currently recruiting for an Office Administration Instructor who will work as part of a team dedicated to the success of students. Courses include, but are not limited to: Accounting, Business Communications, Interpersonal Communications, Keyboarding, Word Processing, Office Procedures, Records Management, Automated Accounting, Spreadsheet Applications, Computer Suite Applications, and Personal Management.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: classroom management; taking attendance and submitting on a regular basis; monitoring student progress and submitting reports on a regular basis; and other related duties as assigned.
The minimal qualifications for this positions are a Bachelor of Education Degree with an Office Education Certificate, a minimum of two years of experience in an office environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. This program is accredited through Sask Polytechnic, instructors must meet the requirements of the accrediting institute.
