This contract for service will be effective May 13, 2019 until September 22, 2019. The successful candidate must reside full time within the park during this time frame. The Park Manager reports to the Poplar Beach Campground Owners Corp Board.
Scope of work will require the incumbent to manage the following:
1. All membership administration including inquiries, complaints, enforcement of rules and regulations, etc.
2. Respond to Board of Director inquiries, attend meetings upon request, and complete task/time/material data sheets.
3. Liaise with contractors who are working within the park
4. RV Campground and shop maintenance including, but not limited to, grass mowing, tree trimming, road maintenance, fencing, lighting, plumbing, Shower house cleaning/maintenance, etc.
Other important capabilities include the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain harmonious working relationships, availability to work irregular hours as necessary, flexibility to be available for emergency call outs during off time, ability to write a variety of documents, ability to take initiative, and ability to use standard office equipment, including a personal computer at a moderate skill level.

Expected salary, dependent upon experience, for this position will be between $16,000 $18,000 payable in monthly installments. A bonus of up to $4,500 may be payable upon successful completion of the contact. If you are interested in submitting your resume and cover letter, please do so by February 8, 2019.
