Job Description: The incumbent is accountable for leadership in the areas of Primary Care and Public Health Nursing.  The Primary Health Nursing Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating the services of Public Health Nursing, Community Health Educators, Client Transportation Services, Primary Care Nursing, the Diabetic Nurse Educator, HIV case worker, Methadone case worker, and Medical Office Assistant.  The coordinator is accountable for risk management, quality improvement, and employee and patient safety within the areas stated.  They will also have the opportunity to assist and enhance the hands on clinical services within the area of public health and primary care nursing for the region.

Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Nursing and current registration with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or eligible for SRNA registration

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

    Excellent leadership, organization and decision making skills
