As a member of the Maintenance Team, this role is responsible for processing repair requests into work orders for the maintenance team, issuing for completion, closing of completed work orders, and maintaining work history. This includes but is not limited to work order development, research, ongoing follow-up, and refinement of maintenance procedures. Other duties include receiving and processing contractor timesheets and tracking maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word with advanced knowledge in Excel
Maintain a high standard of office efficiency and confidentiality
Business Administration Diploma or Certification is an asset
Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferably JD Edwards.
General familiarity with OSB manufacturing operations would be beneficial
