As the Leader of the Loss Prevention Team you will be accountable for all aspects of Loss Prevention as they relate to the store and corporate objectives. You will have the ability to work productively with Customer and Associate groups within the store to ensure all objectives are clearly communicated and executed. You have a proven track record of searching out operational deficiencies as they relate to Loss Prevention and the ability to aplly effective solutions.
Position Highlights:
* Lead the co-ordination and accurate execution of all loss prevention initiatives as per Company standards.
* Effectively use corporate comminication systems as a vehicle for loss prevention initiatives
* Conduct store audits to determine compliance with loss prevention programs
* Drive and monitor Loss Prevention Programs
* Execute Loss Prevention procedures to reduce shortage
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
* Detail oriented
* Systems proficiency
* Security clearance required
* Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal / civil proceedings
