There is an immediate opening for a friendly,  detail-orientated individual with excellent people skills to be front reception  for our accounting office in Humboldt, SK.  
This person must be outgoing and enjoy dealing directly with the public, in person and on the phone . and enjoy learning different work during our accounting seasons.   They will help with organizing the offices scheduling and work-flow, so must have a good understanding of office procedures and enjoy changes that occur during our seasonal  accounting cycles.  
As well, they will be required to complete bookkeeping and payroll entry in QuickBooks for our clients and will complete personal tax returns during tax season.  Accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential to the position. The applicant will need to work independently and also with other staff members to complete daily and monthly accounting entries.
This is a full-time position during tax season( Mid December  to early May) and may be reduced to an estimated 75% position outside of tax season, dependent on duties the applicant is willing to undertake.
