The main responsibilities will be to provide Administrative Sales support to Management including Company Principal.
Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, advertisements, proofreads material; verifies facts and conducts research.
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, advertisements, directories and other material for publication; proofreads material; verifies facts and conducts research.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Handle requests for information and data, resolve administrative problems and inquiries, prepare written responses to routine enquiries
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communications and organization skills.
An advanced working knowledge of MS office (Word & Excel) is essential.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently are essential
A clear criminal record check is required.
