Call Centre Consultant
-Monday to Friday
-Office Hours of 7am - 6pm
-Full time - 38 hours per week
-Modern Environment
-Recently renovated

have excellent verbal and written communication skills
have an appreciation and understanding of the role the company plays in the marketplace
have outstanding judgment; and the ability to identify at risk customers
have the ability to build rapport by email and online technology and promote a positive and professional image to customers
have excellent attention to detail, be customer focused and have the ability to manage customer complaints effectively using high levels of empathy and patience
be enthusiastic, highly motivated, reliable and punctual
be able to work well in a fast paced environment with multiple and conflicting priorities
be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a flexible and positive attitude
be able to work effectively as part of a small team and autonomously to manage multiple work streams
