Call Centre Consultant
-Monday to Friday
-Office Hours of 7am - 6pm
-Full time - 38 hours per week
-Modern Environment

have excellent attention to detail, be customer focused and have the ability to manage customer complaints effectively using high levels of empathy and patience
be enthusiastic, highly motivated, reliable and punctual
be able to work well in a fast paced environment with multiple and conflicting priorities
be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a flexible and positive attitude
be able to work effectively as part of a small team and autonomously to manage multiple work streams
