Are you a seasoned Human Resources manager looking for a challenge? Do you like to take a department from the ground floor up? You:
Have a diploma/certificate or degree or at least five years relevant work experience
Understand and interpret federal and provincial labour laws
Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills to build an organization
Possess a valid class 5 driver's license
Principal Duties:
Recruitment, selection and orientation of new employees
Support various management teams in strategic and operational plans
Identifies and implements changes and trends relating to human resources
Hands on while supporting and guiding development of employee relations
Manages all records management services
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong computer skills
Personable, with good communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in stressful situations
Detail-oriented
