Brightenview Development International Inc. is Regina, Saskatchewan based company focuses on international business development projects that increase and improve trade and investment activities between Canada and Asia.
In serving all incoming new businesses to our project and our business operation expansion, we are looking for the right candidates to join our fast-growing organization and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.
Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.
Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
Develop and implement the company CRM system.
Work with staff and management to resolve client dispute and complaints.
Issue regular client communications in news letters and other innovative means.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field required.
3+ years experience in customer service role.
1+ years experience in management position preferred.
Proven knowledge and experience of utilizing CRM is desired.
Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
Strong business communication and interpersonal skills required.
Fluent English and Chinese language proficiency are strong asset.
